We're supporting a leader in the development space on a brand new hire into their technical grid team. This is a really important addition to their grid function, with potential for multiple hires here.


The company:
For the last decade, this group has been an established player in the solar and battery energy storage market. They have a healthy and unique pipeline, being a blend of both distribution and transmission level connections. It is also a blend of both solar and BESS projects. The pipeline also has several NSIP and DCO projects within it, with many of them looking to be successful. Experience with this would be highly regarded for this role.


Although the team is established and trusted, they are still developing and progressing the business model to new heights. They are moving into an independent power provider model, looking to construct, own and operate these sites. This is made possible by the strong investment and backing behind the group. This means that it's a great time to join the group as they develop the business to new areas with strong backing.


The group also has a strong culture, keeping the land and biodiversity at the heart of their projects, The team is experienced and is looking for knowledgeable people to join them on their mission to achieving net zero.


The role:
The group is open to various backgrounds and skillsets. We're on the hunt for a few members to join this team, so are open to various backgrounds.


We're looking for profiles with the following experience:
* Supporting on technical work of conceptual layout designs for plants.
* Researching and supporting across land and legal teams.
* Working on substations and designs associated with these connections.
* Liaising with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


You'd be part of a growing team, with a diverse portfolio and a varied role.
