This Outstanding school is looking to appoint a dedicated History Teacher to join its successful Humanities faculty from September. This is an excellent opportunity to teach highly motivated students within a department that is committed to developing historical understanding, critical thinking and independent analysis.

The successful candidate will teach History across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach A-Level History. Students explore a broad and challenging curriculum covering British, European and World History while developing strong source analysis, evaluation and essay-writing skills.

The Humanities department is highly collaborative, with teachers sharing resources and best practice to create engaging lessons that encourage discussion, debate and enquiry. Students regularly participate in educational visits to museums, historical sites and guest lectures that enrich classroom learning.
