We’re on the lookout for an experienced Hospitality Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire the best talent in catering and hospitality. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment and know how to match the right person with the right role, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a Monday to Friday, hybrid role, with a mix of home-based and office working.

The salary is £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience

What You’ll Do:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of operational, hospitality and culinary roles
Partner with hiring managers to deliver seamless recruitment solutions
Build strong talent pipelines for key catering & hospitality positions
Own direct sourcing strategies and reduce agency reliance
Use data to track success and continuously improve recruitment processes
Effectively use Excel to manage and update recruitment tracking
Act as an ambassador for our employer brand and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally in-house
Background in hospitality or catering recruitment strongly preferred
Confident managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and building strong stakeholder relationships
Knowledge of recruitment systems and current market trends
Passionate about delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience
