Art Teacher | Independent School | Brent
An independent school in Brent (NW6) is looking for an Art Teacher to join them immediately on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
This is a great opportunity for an Art specialist looking to work with KS3 and KS4, with particularly small classes at KS4 of around 6 students. KS3 classes are around 20 students, with boys from a neighbouring school also attending the Art lessons.
The school is initially offering the role on a temporary basis so both you and the school can see how the placement works in practice, with the intention of moving to a permanent position if it proves to be the right fit.

Start: ASAP
Contract: Temporary initially, with potential to become permanent
Teaching: KS3 & KS4 Art
Hours: 8:20am – 3:50pm
Location: Brent, NW6
KS3 class size: Around 20
KS4 class size: Around 6
Interview: Face-to-face interview, no lesson observation
The small KS4 groups are a real highlight of the role, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships with students and have a meaningful impact on their progress.
