Are you passionate about supporting young children during their early developmental stages? Do you have a nurturing, patient approach and a genuine desire to help children with additional needs succeed? This welcoming Southwark primary school is seeking a dedicated EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team.
You will work closely with children in Nursery and Reception who require additional support due to ASD, speech and language delays, sensory needs or emerging behavioural challenges. Your role will involve implementing personalised learning plans, supporting communication through visuals, modelling positive social interactions, and helping children engage confidently in play-based learning.
