You will work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy and contribute to providing an excellent experience for patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with stock management, including ordering, receiving, checking, putting stock away, and rotating stock.

  • Monitor stock levels and help minimise wastage through effective inventory control.

  • Using the pharmacy robotic system

  • Assisting with Stock top up services such as co-ordinating stock boxes for clinical areas and doing a clinical area top-up to assess what stocks are required.

  • Support the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions in accordance with legal and professional standards.

  • Accurately label, assemble, and package medicines under appropriate supervision.

  • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.

  • Ensure medicines are stored securely and appropriately at all times.

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to routine enquiries professionally.

  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised pharmacy environment.

  • Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous development of pharmacy services.

About you

You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality pharmacy services. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in maintaining accuracy, and understand the importance of handling medicines and confidential information responsibly.

You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to your work.
