The role
We have a brilliant, high performing Operations Team that helps our consultants deliver client excellence. You will play a key part in supporting our London office, working alongside the Office Manager to ensure smooth day to day operations and customer experience.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring our office remains a welcoming and efficient environment for both team members and visitors, partnering with and supporting all our internal teams and stakeholders at Hanbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to get into an office environment (or already experienced in a similar operational role), is a great communicator, and likes to build relationships. This role will be extremely busy with no two days the same. You will work incredibly closely with the wider team and have a proactive attitude. For this role, you will be expected to be in the office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering phone calls
Booking meeting rooms and setting them up for visitors
Organising and dealing with all postal and courier duties
Organising catering and liaising with relevant suppliers
Ensuring the office and kitchen area are kept fully stocked with key supplies
Helping to manage IT related queries
Managing and inventory tracking of company stationary and merch
Assisting in onboarding and offboarding duties
Team calendar and client scheduling assistance
Triage of the company information mailbox
Logging and managing guest experience bookings for the upcoming week
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets relating to different aspects of office management
Helping the Operations Team with any ad hoc tasks, such as sourcing new suppliers or obtaining quotes
