Senior National Account Manager
Build strong and collaborative relationships with key grocery accounts, negotiating JBPs and ensuring compliance to agreements.
Work cross-functionally with category, finance, customer marketing, NRM, and supply chain teams to deliver customer-centric plans that balance brand equity with sustainable profit.
Execute pack, price, and promotional strategies that optimise distribution, visibility, and activation.
Manage forecasting, investment, and spend with rigour to deliver ROI and protect profitability.
Champion brand activation standards in-store, ensuring plans are executed to the highest level.
About You We’re looking for a candidate with: Proven experience managing Top 4 grocery retail accounts within drinks or wider FMCG.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance brand building and value delivery.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with experience delivering JBPs at senior buyer level.
A track record of working cross-functionally to deliver sales and share growth.
High standards of financial and operational control, ensuring accountability on forecasting, pricing, and spend.
