ECT: English & Drama Teacher – Launch Your Creative Career in a Nurturing, Well-Resourced Arts Faculty – Hounslow
A nurturing , creative secondary school in Hounslow requires an enthusiastic ECT of English & Drama (Year 1 or 2) to join their flourishing Arts faculty from January 2026.
- ECT: English & Drama Teacher required from January 2026

You will teach English & Drama across KS3 and GCSE , receiving a reduced timetable and a dedicated mentor . The induction is highly structured , focusing on developing engaging practical direction, script analysis, and stagecraft, culminating in the opportunity to direct a full school production.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS or completing final training in English, Drama, Theatre Studies, or Performing Arts .
- High commitment to creative and inclusive practical work.
- Willingness to fully engage with the school's structured mentorship and CPD programme.
- Excellent potential for strong workshop management and directing students.
