About the role
The Assistant Trade Marketing Manager plays a key role in delivering integrated marketing plans that drive brand growth, commercial performance and customer engagement. Acting as a critical link between strategy and execution, the role
supports campaign planning, market launches and performance analysis while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing and Agencies!
As a Assistant Trade Marketing Manager you will
- Support the development and delivery of annual and seasonal marketing plans in line with brand and business objectives.
- Lead the execution of key campaigns, launches and initiatives across multiple channels (digital, social, CRM, retail, events).
- Adapt global and regional strategies for local market relevance where required.
- Manage day‑to‑day brand activity, ensuring consistency of tone, messaging and visual identity.
- Oversee asset development including toolkits, content calendars, POS materials and campaign assets.
- Brief and manage creative, media and PR agencies to deliver high‑quality outputs on time and within budget.
- Work closely with all teams to align brand activity with commercial priorities.
- Support customer‑specific initiatives and joint plans where required.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using KPIs such as awareness, engagement,
conversion and sales impact. - Manage post‑campaign evaluations and provide insight‑driven recommendations.
- Track budgets, forecasts and spend, ensuring strong financial discipline.
- Support market analysis, competitor tracking and consumer insight gathering.
- Use data and insights to inform campaign optimisation and future planning.
- Stay close to media, cultural and category trends relevant to the brand and region.
Who you will work with
- You will sit in our EU Marketing team, reporting directly into our wonderful Marketing Manager, EU.
- Partner closely with our cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing and Agencies!
About you
- Previous experience in a Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager position or similar.
- Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair.
- Previous experience in working within Retail brands and excelling in Trade Marketing.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner and ruthlessly prioritise.
- Have a flexible, positive, and professional attitude.
- Exceptional organisational skills showing great attention to detail.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Experienced managing multiple stakeholders.
- An excellent communicator comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view.
- Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven.
- Excellent English written and verbal skills.
- A natural curiosity, passion and love for the beauty industry.
