£35,000 basic + excellent commission structure

As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the club’s commercial success while helping create a vibrant, supportive atmosphere for members and the team.

What will you be doing?

Leading all sales and marketing activity, from community outreach and corporate networking to driving engaging content across social media.

Delivering exceptional customer service, nurturing existing member relationships, and consistently achieving membership and revenue targets.

Taking a hands-on, proactive approach to generating new business and leading by example on the sales floor.

Training, motivating, and guiding the team to hit targets and uphold the highest operational and service standards.

About you…

This role would suit a strong, confident salesperson— fitness industry experience is welcome but not essential .
