A respected Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to support the delivery of a high-quality £45 million student accommodation scheme in Tottenham, North London.

The development comprises 300 units across 7 storeys, featuring a traditional brick façade, and is being delivered to exacting standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-structured project team on a significant residential-led development in a thriving area of London.

Key Responsibilities:

Set out, level, and survey the site in accordance with project specifications

*

Monitor and manage subcontractor engineering works

*

Ensure all engineering documentation is up to date and accurate

*

Work closely with the site and project management teams to maintain progress

*

Ensure health and safety, quality, and environmental standards are met on site

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Engineer on RC frame or multi-storey residential projects

*

Strong technical knowledge, particularly with traditional façades and student accommodation schemes (preferred)

*

Relevant engineering qualification (HND, degree or similar)

*

CSCS card and other relevant site certifications
