Salary: £40,000 to £42,500 plus 150% overtime
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, Night Shift (19:00 to 07:00)

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, motivate, and support your night shift team to deliver safe, high-quality and efficient production
Coach and develop individuals to help them reach their potential and progress within the business
Take accountability for performance across Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics
Promote a positive, continuous improvement culture across the night shift operation
Collaborate closely with Technical, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production
Maintain an “Audit Ready” environment with a focus on Food Safety, Quality and complianceWhat’s In It for You

Proven experience leading teams within FMCG or food manufacturing
A passion for motivating, developing and engaging people in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
A hands-on approach with a focus on results and continuous improvement
