- Direct visitors to the appropriate meeting rooms or offices.
- Manage visitor registration and sign-in procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and conference facilities.

- Ideally, have at least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exhibit strong organisational and time management skills.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality.
