Location: Unilever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames
Working Pattern: Permanent, Part Time, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £13.86

Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting a Part Time Shop Retail Operative to join our friendly and professional team at Unilever House in Kingston Upon Thames. As a key member of the retail team, you will help support the day-to-day running of the on-site shop, ensuring high standards are maintained and customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a structured retail environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the Unilever on-site shop

• Carry out stock rotation and placement, ensuring displays are well maintained

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the shop

• Follow manual handling and safety procedures in line with company standards

• Deliver excellent customer service and support a positive shopping environment

• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently

Ideal Candidate

• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

• Comfortable with manual handling and stock movement

• Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to tasks
