Investor Relations Executive
The duties of the Investor Relations Executive include:
- Respond to investor and adviser queries via email and telephone within agreed SLAs.
- Manage administrative processes such as fund transfers, exits, and investor portal tasks.
- Prepare and distribute investor communications including valuations, reports, and dividend announcements.
- Support the retail sales team and attend client meetings to provide fund performance updates.
- Act as a product champion for tax-efficient products and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Organise investor events and assist with client retention strategies.
