Personal Assistant, Supporting x3 Digital Leaders

Why this job matters

This is a pivotal role supporting three senior Directors within BT Group, including one based in India. You’ll be at the heart of strategic operations—coordinating high-level meetings, managing complex diaries, and enabling smooth communication across leadership teams. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of leaders who shape BT’s future.

You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, trust, and internal knowledge. This is a great opportunity to work closely with ExCo and MD-level leaders, gaining exposure to BT’s strategic direction while contributing to a high-performing, inclusive environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing complex diaries and scheduling for three Directors, including coordination with ExCo and MD-level leaders.
  • Organising and preparing for strategic meetings—booking venues, managing agendas, and ensuring timely distribution of materials.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including global teams and vendors.
  • Supporting travel planning, expense management, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Using digital tools to streamline communication, simplify processes, and enhance collaboration.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism while juggling multiple priorities with ease.

The skills and experience you'll need to succeed

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Essential - An established Personal Assistant and proven success providing business support senior digital leaders.
    Ideally experience supporting multiple directors, including ExCo-level engagement.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management and diary coordination skills.
  • Digitally confident , with strong proficiency in Office 365, Teams, and collaboration tools.
  • Discreet and trustworthy , able to handle sensitive information with diplomacy.
  • Proactive and adaptable , anticipating needs and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong communicator , comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Familiar with BT’s internal systems and culture , or able to quickly learn and navigate them.
