Webinar and Events Manager
- Run Webinars That Make an Impact
- Own the end-to-end process: planning, speaker coordination, content development, technical setup, promotion, and live moderation
- Collaborate with the Content Strategist to develop strong, timely webinar topics and engaging formats
- Use platforms like On24 (or similar) to ensure smooth delivery and a great experience for attendees
- Work closely with digital channel managers to maximise attendance and engagement
- Lead Event Execution with Purpose
- Identify high-ROI events that support business goals and build pipeline
- Manage logistics, sales participation, and pre/post-event engagement plans
- Support the planning of smaller side-events (like roundtables and private dinners) to deepen relationships with key prospects
- Equip the sales team with key talking points, agendas, and follow-up plans
- Track, Learn, Improve
- Measure webinar and event performance: attendance, engagement, leads, and pipeline contribution
- Deliver post-event reporting and actionable insights to optimise future activity
- 2–4 years of experience managing webinars and B2B events
- Strong organisational and project management skills — you know how to juggle multiple moving parts
- Hands-on experience with webinar platforms (e.g., On24) and CRM/marketing tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- An analytical mindset — you know what good looks like and how to improve performance
- Experience in data/analytics sectors preferably or SaaS.
- Knowledge of demand generation metrics and ROI analysis
- Comfort moderating live sessions or speaking on webinars
