School Administrator
A welcoming Primary School in the London Borough of Harrow is seeking a professional and highly organised School Administrator to join its friendly office team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy school environment while providing exceptional support to pupils, parents, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will become an important part of the school's administrative team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school office.
Working closely with the Headteacher and Office Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for visitors, answer telephone and email enquiries, maintain pupil records, update attendance information and support admissions and leavers administration. You will also ensure safeguarding procedures are consistently followed for all visitors entering the school.
The role includes preparing correspondence, organising meetings, maintaining confidential records, updating Arbor, Bromcom or SIMS, coordinating educational visits, assisting with school events and supporting communication between the school and families. You will also help maintain efficient administrative systems while providing outstanding customer service to the wider school community.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities and the confidence to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements
Previous school administration experience desirable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
Experience using Arbor, Bromcom or SIMS desirable
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Professional, friendly and proactive approach
