Temp Receptionist needed with recent DBS check
We are looking for a polished, friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover at a prestigious investment firm in Central London. The candidate must have a recent DBS check.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the firm, creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors and colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing the reception desk and incoming visitors
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Providing teas and coffees to guests and clients
- Providing general front-of-house support
- Answering queries and directing visitors appropriately
- Maintaining a polished and welcoming reception environment
The ideal candidate:
- Has previous reception, front-of-house or hospitality experience
- Is polished, personable and professional
- Is warm, friendly and confident when meeting and greeting guests
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is comfortable working within a corporate/investment environment
- Is reliable, proactive and well presented
- Has an up-to-date DBS check issued within the last 6 months
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing a high level of front-of-house service and is confident representing a professional corporate environment.
