We’ve teamed up with the fast-growing digestive health brand, Epetōme, who are now looking to hire a Junior Creative Strategist to join the growth team and support the next phase of scale.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career with strong creative instincts and an interest in performance marketing, who wants to learn fast and play a key role in shaping paid social output.

As a high-growth DTC brand, we’re scaling quickly across paid social and building a best-in-class creative engine to support that growth.

The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to support the development and execution of paid social creative.

This is not a purely strategic role, it’s about getting stuck in.

This is a role for someone who thinks in angles, not just content. You'll be developing concepts, understanding what drives performance, and helping translate customer insight into ads that actually convert across Meta and TikTok.

UGC and creator briefing are part of the job, but the focus is on the thinking behind it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creative & UGC Briefing

• Write clear, effective briefs that give creators real direction: concept, angle, script, visual references.

• Develop concepts, scripts, and angles that translate into strong ads

• Provide visual references and direction to guide execution

• Own the quality of output, not just volume

Creative Strategy & Ideation

• Turn customer insight, trends, and product understanding into sharp ad concepts.

• Contribute new angles, hooks, and messaging to a weekly creative pipeline

• Think beyond "good content", understand what makes an ad perform.

Performance & Iteration

• Work closely with the Senior Creative Strategist to understand what's working and why

• Help iterate on winning concepts across formats and funnels

• Build fluency in how creative decisions affect metrics

Execution

• Support end-to-end delivery from concept to live ad.

• Work at pace across multiple briefs simultaneously.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with growth, influencers, and creative teams

• Bridge the gap between creator output and performance marketing needs

• Support shoots, content planning, and creative production where needed

What We’re Looking For

You don't need years of experience, but you do need to think like a strategist.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong creative instincts and can explain why something works, not just that it does

• Understands the difference between content that performs and content that just looks good

• Is comfortable working with data. you won't be running analysis, but you'll be expected to understand what the numbers are telling you

• Has some exposure to paid social, performance marketing, or DTC, whether through work, freelance, or genuine personal interest

• Can write clearly and briefly: briefs, scripts, hooks, concepts

• Moves fast, takes feedback well, and improves quickly

Bonus if you have experience with Meta ads, UGC production, or creator briefing — but we'll teach the right person

Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

• Quarterly performance-based bonus (realistic and achievable)

• Fully remote role (UK-based, London preferred for occasional meetups)
