- Rail infrastructure development and operations
- Passenger and freight projects
- Rolling stock procurement, maintenance, leasing and financing
- Commercial contracts and concessions
- Regulatory, access and competition matters
- Industry reform and strategic projects
- Rail-related disputes and risk management
