We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our longstanding clients, who is looking for an exceptional French-speaking Rota Nanny to join their family.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a warm, professional and fully staffed household where you'll work alongside another rota nanny to provide exceptional care for their delightful eight-month-old son. The family has recently appointed one nanny and is now looking for the perfect second person to complete the team.

The family is relaxed, kind and incredibly respectful of the people who work with them. Although the household is fully staffed, it has a warm, down-to-earth feel, and they are looking for someone who will slot naturally into family life while bringing confidence, positivity and initiative to the role.

Their little boy has had the support of a Maternity Nurse since birth and is already in a lovely, settled routine. You will play an important role in building on this strong foundation, supporting his development through engaging, age-appropriate activities, nurturing his curiosity and ensuring each day is filled with fun, learning and consistency. As he continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to help shape this exciting stage of his early years.

The role is based between the family's homes, with their primary London residence in Chelsea, and offers extensive international travel, including regular time in Los Angeles, France, Switzerland and throughout the UK. With Housekeepers and Chefs taking care of the household, you'll be able to focus entirely on providing outstanding childcare and creating a happy, stimulating environment for the baby.

The family is specifically seeking a fluent French-speaking nanny with excellent baby experience. Previous rota experience is highly desirable, along with a genuine love of travel, confidence caring for infants and a proactive, adaptable approach. While Norland training would be welcomed, they are equally happy to consider exceptional career nannies with the right experience and personality.

Having worked with this family for over five years, we've successfully placed several members of their household team. They are a genuinely lovely family to work with and have built a loyal, longstanding team around them. They're looking for someone who is warm, switched-on, engaging and excited to become a valued part of their son's early years.
