Content Strategy Associate

The Content Strategy Associate plays a key role in supporting the development, execution, and optimization of content strategies for product and brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and brand consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing content strategies with the delivery of assets (case studies, blogs, emails, presentations, one-pagers, guides, webpages etc.) aligned with marketing goals and audience needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, product, growth marketing) to develop and deliver high-quality content.Conduct content audits and competitive research to identify gaps and opportunities.Support the creation of editorial calendars and campaign timelines.Track content performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and SEO best practices.Help manage content repositories and maintain version control across platforms.Coordinate with external writers, agencies, or freelancers as needed.Support lead generation and nurturing efforts by creating content that attracts new prospects and guides them through the buyer journey—ensuring alignment with campaign goals, audience segmentation, and conversion strategies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in content creation, project management, campaign delivery, and marketing.Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO principles, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with project management and planning tools.Ability to work with scientific data, reference sourcing, and referencing, with skills to turn information into compelling content.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Knowledge of audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
