Engineering Manager (Ref: 006942)
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of engineers while driving the successful delivery of projects. This is a pivotal role where you’ll balance people leadership, technical oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll be doing:
• Hiring, training, and mentoring engineers, ensuring strong career development and performance growth.
• Fostering an inclusive, positive, and productive team culture.
• Planning, prioritising, and managing engineering projects to deliver high-quality features and services on time.
• Partnering closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.
• Reviewing and guiding technical decisions, architecture, and code quality standards.
• Championing best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
• Driving process improvements, optimising workflows, and ensuring effective use of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Tracking KPIs and team metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Acting as the bridge between engineering and other departments, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and challenges.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical background.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing people.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver results.
• Strong communicator who can translate complex technical issues into business terms.
• Up to date with modern development practices, tools, and methodologies.
You’ll be joining a forward-thinking organisation where engineering plays a key role in shaping the future of our products and services. This is your opportunity to make a real impact—leading a high-performing team, driving innovation, and helping scale the business.
