Step into the launch of one of North London’s most exciting new boutique fitness spaces. The CTRL is a premium, design-led Pilates studio with 12 top-tier Merrithew Reformers. We’re here to set a new standard for Reformer Pilates, combining high-spec equipment, clearly defined class styles, and a strong sense of community to deliver an experience clients won’t find anywhere else.

This is a rare opportunity to join our founding instructor team and help shape the future of the studio from day one. If you bring expertise, energy, and a genuine passion for helping people move better, we want you with us.

We’re looking for instructors who:

Hold a Level 3 Pilates qualification, with strong Reformer teaching experience (minimum 1–2 years, 3+ years for senior roles) - Applications without this will not be considered.

Can deliver confident, engaging Flow and Dynamic classes in a 12 bed studio, including to music where appropriate

Adapt effectively to mixed-ability groups, offering safe challenges and modifications Bring excellent communication skills, strong class presence, and a warm, professional approach

Can create and curate playlists to match class style

Ideally holds a valid First Aid qualification

Have experience supporting Post Natal clients

We're actively seeking instructors with availability on evenings and Sundays but open to applicants with other availability.

Welcome to The CTRL, a premium, purpose-built Pilates studio created to deliver more than the standard Reformer experience. Our mission is to combine high-spec equipment, expert-led teaching, and an inclusive studio culture to help every client build strength, control, and confidence.

Our timetable blends Flow and Dynamic Reformer classes with the added versatility of the Spring Wall and Cardio-Tramp Rebounder. This mix brings variety, challenge, and energy to every session, meeting the needs of complete beginners through to advanced clients. Our

instructors lead with skill, personality, and genuine care, creating a motivating environment where results and enjoyment go hand in hand.

We also offer private sessions, with instructors free to manage their own schedules through our staff app, giving both our team and clients the flexibility they need.

What we offer:

Pay Rate: £35 per class (50 minutes), with performance-based pay reviews after 6 months. For exceptional candidates with 5+ years of experience, we may consider offers up to £40.
