Veterinary Surgeon - North West London

Take a key role in an independent practice where you'll have clinical freedom, scope to develop your interests and the opportunity to shape the next stage of the business.
This independently owned, two-site small animal practice in North West London is expanding its veterinary team and is looking for an experienced GP vet who is confident working sole charge and ready to take on more responsibility.
The practice has a supportive team, established leadership and a clear focus on providing good patient and client care. Both sites are due to be renovated later this year, with further investment in equipment planned.
This is a hands-on GP role with a genuine opportunity to influence how the practice develops.
You'll have the freedom to work up cases in the way you feel is clinically appropriate, with support to develop areas of particular interest. There is also scope to introduce new services or build a caseload around your interests.
Alongside your clinical work, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Clinic and Principal Vet on wider practice development and strategic decisions.
The role would suit someone who is looking beyond routine clinical work and would enjoy having a voice in the direction of an independent practice.

The Package:

• Salary: £55,000-£70,000 (DOE)
• 4-day week with 1:3 Saturday mornings
• No OOH or on-call
• 33 days' holiday
• CPD encouraged, with certificate support
• RCVS and VDS fees paid
