Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial Technology
Leading professional services organisation seeks Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial Technology to join their highly skilled in-house legal team. The role can be based in London or across the regions within commuting distance to London.
This is a newly created position to join a supportive and dynamic team, in a strategic role to be the commercial technology lead on a range of commercial deals and support more junior members in the team of commercial lawyers.
Offering interesting and broad spread of work; IT system implementation agreements and outsourcing/managed services agreements and client contracts (engagement agreements, MSAs, framework agreements), including cross-functional complex tech, digital transformation, licensing, cloud and managed services, outsourcing, government and public sector agreements, tenders, RFP responses and supplier agreements.
You will have over 5years’ PQE and proven experience as a commercial technology lawyer, from a top tier City law firm and/or in-house. ideally you will have experience working with technology and/or professional services businesses.
This will suit a self-starter with gravitas, business acumen and a calm and proactive attitude. The team is collaborative, so the ideal candidate will be a team player and versatile, efficient, credible, persuasive, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing circumstances in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
