Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly connected and driven business development professional to join our Bundle team, focused on accelerating the vertical's growth. This is an autonomous individual contributor role, requiring you to independently source content, negotiate complex deals, and deliver high-quality, exciting promotions for our customers.

You will be an ambitious, highly entrepreneurial, and extremely personable self-starter with deep content knowledge. You will be expected to build and maintain a comprehensive content pipeline for bundles. A core responsibility will be driving revenue growth by executing successful promotions, rigorously analysing past bundle performance, and optimising content selection specifically for the PC audience.

As a key member of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including our Marketing and Operations teams, to design and deliver optimal promotions tailored for various audience segments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Content Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Independently identify, target, and engage with game developers and publishers to build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of bundle content.

Deal Negotiation & Execution: Lead the full-cycle deal execution, including structuring commercial terms (e.g., revenue share, licensing terms) to ensure mutually beneficial and profitable partnerships for all bundles.

Strategic Account Management: Own and nurture the bundle relationship with key publishers, proactively identifying opportunities for incremental revenue and long-term partnership growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, etc.) to collaboratively design the most compelling bundles, execute targeted marketing strategies, and ensure seamless, on-schedule launches.

Revenue Growth & Performance Analysis: Drive growth through the successful launch and execution of your bundles. Conduct in-depth analysis of past performance and market trends to deliver the best selection of content for maximum success.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in business development, content acquisition, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the gaming or digital entertainment industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, negotiating, and closing complex content or partnership deals.
  • Strong existing relationships with developers and publishers in the gaming industry.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision, successfully managing multiple complex deal cycles simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling pitch decks, presentations, and partnership proposals.
  • Proficiency in using data, metrics, and performance analysis to inform decision-making and content strategy.

Benefits

We Have:

  • Flexible working
  • 22 days paid holiday per year (excl. Bank Holidays) increased with the length of service
  • 1 month sabbatical leave following 3 years of employment and 2 months after 6 years
  • Company Share Option Plan
  • 50% game discount for employees
  • Pension Scheme
