We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who knows how to inspire teams, deliver operational excellence, and create unforgettable guest experiences.
What you'll Do
Lead and motivate teams across sport, wellness, and hospitality operations.
Deliver a seamless, premium guest journey at every touchpoint.
Drive commercial performance through smart budgeting and service innovation.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Develop social events, partnerships, and programming that engage members.
Maintain world-class presentation and facility standards.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years’ leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, or lifestyle venues.
Strong commercial skills and proven success managing budgets.
A people-first leader who thrives on connection and team energy.
Adaptable, positive, and motivated by growth and high standards.
Passionate about wellness, sport, and creating meaningful experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
