About the Role:


This role involves accompanying children and young people some with additional or complex needs during their journeys to and from placements, schools, or contact visits. Youll ensure their safety, wellbeing, and comfort throughout, acting with patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times.


Key Responsibilities:


Safely escort and supervise children and young people during transport.


Provide emotional reassurance and maintain positive behaviour throughout journeys.


Ensure children are collected and dropped off at the correct locations and handed over to authorised individuals.


Communicate effectively with transport staff, carers, and professionals involved in the childs care.
