Assistant Showroom Manager
- Assist in coordinating and supporting a diverse team of permanent and temporary staff, ensuring they understand Arlettie's procedures and processes.
- Contribute to team training initiatives, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Support the management team in resource allocation and daily operational tasks.
- Assist in monitoring team performance and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Train and develop the team to ensure the highest levels of customer experience within the showroom.
- Assist in managing stock deliveries, inventory management, and stock returns, ensuring efficient processing and accurate documentation.
- Support in the preparation and maintenance of product zoning/merchandising, helping to create visually appealing displays that enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate in product pricing and tagging processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the showroom.
- Assist in managing customer access, queues, and sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised showroom environment, reflecting the luxury standards of our brand partners.
- Support health and safety measures, risk management, and loss prevention protocols.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an assistant manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced luxury retail setting is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting the Showroom Manager and other team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic showroom environment.
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of the business.
