DescriptionThe Principal Estate Services Coordinator (PO3) plays a critical role in managing and overseeing estate services within our organization, ensuring that all operations align with the strategic goals of the institution. This position demands a proactive leader who is adept at coordinating complex logistics, enhancing service delivery protocols, and fostering a collaborative work environment among various stakeholders. As the go-to expert in estate services, you will be responsible for managing personnel, resources, and projects while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Furthermore, the Principal Coordinator will implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and improve overall service quality. Your ability to analyze data and assess outcomes will be vital in making informed decisions that affect the estate services operations. Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of estate services projects.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and collaboration.
Manage and mentor a team of estate services staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to estate management.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to align service offerings with community needs.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and organizational policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate management or related services.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Proficiency in project management tools and software. Hours Per Week: 35.00

Pay Per Hour: £26.26
