Together with many other organisations, we have developed a FIR toolkit, delivered workshops and events, created a range of online tools and developed and supported a network of over 900 FIR Ambassadors. This all aims to encourage a culture of Fairness, Inclusion and Respect (FIR) across the construction and built environment sector.

We lead the industry’s largest diversity data benchmarking exercise and are soon launching the first app centred on fairness, inclusion and respect designed for site workers - innovations that are set to transform the future of construction.

The FIR Project Coordinator is at the heart of delivering the FIR Programme - keeping the team organised, providing great customer support, and making sure events and activities run without a hitch.

• Maintain and analyse internal systems and data to guide informed decision-making.
• Keep FIR webpages current with regular WordPress content updates.
• Contribute to FIR projects as needed, supporting the Programme Manager in meeting quarterly deliverables.

• Tech-confident - proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom/Teams, and familiar with WordPress/content management systems and Canva.
• Creative flair - capable of producing polished presentations, flyers, and other professional materials.
• Data-driven - able to analyse information and reporting tools to generate actionable insights.
• Flexible problem-solver - quick to adapt, take initiative, and suggest improvements.
