Location Overview:

Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs. Here you’ll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.

The Team:

The team consists of 8 Change Management Consultants who manage funded projects for new products and regulatory change, as well as operational excellence. We manage all projects by thoroughly scoping (including materiality assessments), and providing data and analysis, before managing the end-to-end implementation of the change including communication and operational readiness activities. The team operate within a collaborative environment and open communication is encouraged to ensure we are successful not just as individuals but as a team.

Role Description:

As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for driving and implementing changes for GTMO.

Leaders of Operational Excellence, regional and/or global solution delivery & employee and process readiness

You will be looking to simplify our processes and continue to build efficiency into the business, benefiting both our clients & associates. Supporting regional Business Enablement, Risk, Regulatory and Mandated efforts that impact the Line of Business Teams ensuring employee and client readiness ahead of any proposed changes.

Responsibilities:

  • You will have full visibility & communication regarding the long-term road map for all Digital Transformation opportunities
  • Single waterfall for the regional GTMO organisation tracking all benefits associated with Client and Process Excellence opportunities. Focusing on quantification and measuring client and process enhancements.
  • Governance of Operational Excellence routines and communications
  • Creation of a single view and reporting mechanism for Client and Process Excellence for publication within GTMO and to partners
  • Ensure coverage across the extended organisation to have a holistic regional view of Operational Excellence
  • Coordination of regional Operational Excellence opportunities; connecting into the global team to ensure a single view of change is visible at the GTMO Executive level
  • Ongoing maintenance of a robust pipeline and ongoing process to capture OPEX opportunities; GTMO Idea generator, metric triggers, client verbatim & employee identified opportunities.
  • Coordination across the regional GTMO Management team to ensure full participation across all OPEX needs

Skills that will help:

  • Prince 2 qualification
  • Project management; Treasury qualified (ACT or equivalent)
  • Experience of BofA products & delivery channels
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
