Housing Paralegal
Housing Paralegal needed in South west London Paying £20.55 per hr ref OR109329
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors and legal officers with housing law matters.
- Prepare legal documents, court bundles, witness statements, and correspondence.
- Manage case files and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Liaise with housing officers, tenants, external solicitors, barristers, and courts.
- Support possession proceedings and anti-social behaviour cases.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on housing legislation and policy.
- Attend court hearings where required and take notes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory standards, and internal procedures.
