About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Admin Assistant to join the school on a full-time maternity cover basis .
The successful candidate will:
- Provide administrative support across the school office , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with reception duties , including liaising with parents, visitors, and staff
- Manage records, correspondence, and filing systems efficiently and accurately
- Support the leadership team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Contribute to maintaining a friendly and organised office environment
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in school administration or office support is desirable
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
- Ability to work accurately, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- A professional and approachable attitude
- Legal right to work in the UK
