Fund Controller VP to ED
Docklands Canary Wharf – 5 days in office
Asset Management, Transportation investment – Alternatives – Banking & Financial Services
- Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage fund operations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations for assigned funds.
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on fund performance and strategies – including Deal Making, address questions from investors, capital calls.
- Manage relationships with auditors, trustees, and other external stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

A successful Fund Controller VP to ED should have:
- Professional qualification from Big 4/Top 6 Practice – ACA.
- Extensive knowledge of fund accounting and control principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within asset management – Transportation, Infrastructure Investment, Real Estate all work.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to fund management.
- Able to work in a sole contribution capacity.
Job Offer
