WPS is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team on an exciting new planned works project in West London. This role is all about communication, support, and customer care , ensuring residents have a smooth experience throughout the works.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Act as the main point of contact between residents and the site team
✅ Schedule appointments and clearly communicate work programmes
✅ Handle queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
✅ Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance documentation

🎯 Ideal Candidate

✔ Previous experience in planned works within social housing
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Full UK driving licence (essential for travel across sites)
✔ Familiarity with social housing environments and tenant engagement
