Full Time - Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (8.30am-5.30pm OR 9am-6pm - subject to change)

This is more than a front-desk role - it’s about creating connections, delivering exceptional service, and building a thriving workspace culture. You’ll lead events, problem-solve with a smile, and ensure every member feels like they belong.

What you’ll be doing

Community & Member Engagement
  • Be the first face our members see each day - welcoming, assisting, and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

  • Build relationships with members, understanding their needs and fostering a sense of belonging.

  • Plan and host engaging events that bring the community together.

  • Assist with new member onboarding, making their move-in process effortless.

Sales & Growth
  • Conduct workspace tours, showcasing the Spacemade experience and converting prospects into members.

  • Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate data and follow-ups.

  • Partner with marketing to highlight community stories and perks.

Operations & Facilities
  • Maintain high standards across the space, liaising with operations and maintenance teams.

  • Conduct regular building walk-throughs, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Address any facility or member issues promptly and professionally .
