Join our dynamic Workplace team as an Italian Specialised Chef de Partie and play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences within a high-profile corporate environment. Working alongside the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards of food production, presentation, and service. This is a permanent full time position based on site.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality food production in line with client standards and menu requirements
- Plan menus, manage ordering, and ensure cost-effective food production
- Oversee food quality, portioning, presentation, and service readiness
- Ensure all deliveries, storage, and stock control meet quality and legal standards
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance across all kitchen operations
- Supervise and support kitchen staff, including training and performance management
- Prepare and organise kitchen operations (mise en place, service prep, handovers)
- Monitor waste, control stock, and assist with budget and cost management
- Support smooth running of daily services, including breakfast, lunch, and events
- Build strong customer relationships and handle feedback, issues, and improvements
Key Requirements:
- Italian Cuisine Background required
- Level 3 qualification in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, or HACCP
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high-profile kitchen
- Strong expertise in Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service
- Experience leading and supervising junior chefs (CDPs / Commis)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Proven experience managing a kitchen section from planning to delivery
- Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and safety standard
