- Use strong knowledge of the EYFS framework to support excellent early development and progress
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated Early Years team and supportive leadership
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

- Is confident, enthusiastic, and child-centred in their approach
- Has excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- Can travel easily to Heston, Hounslow
