What our clients typically ask for
MRICS or AssocRICS status (or working towards), with two to ten years’ experience in quantity, building, or project surveying within the architecture, engineering, or construction sector

Proven track record delivering cost plans, valuations, interim applications, final accounts, feasibility studies or technical due diligence

Strong grasp of JCT and NEC contracts, procurement routes, tender processes and risk management

Experience preparing schedules of condition, contract admin, bank monitoring reports or acting as Employer’s Agent

Confident communicator, able to present findings to clients, coordinate with architects and main contractors, and negotiate with suppliers or funders

A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while balancing commercial, quality and client priorities
