As an Operations Coordinator, your role will encompass various vital functions: Core Operational Responsibilities- Manage the central inbox and respond to queries.
- Process website orders and assist with invoicing.
- organise logistics for meetings and events. Specialist Functional Support- Coordinate work group schedules and prepare documents.
- Manage membership registration and CRM administration.
- Ensure compliance and maintain documentation.
- Assist with data management and website updates. Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): 2+ years of experience in an office coordination/support role.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience with email management and order processing.
Competence in data handling and proficient in Excel.
Familiarity with CMS systems is a plus (training provided).
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience in the non-profit sector or working for an NGO.
Previous experience in a small team environment.Technologies: Email management tools
