Harvey Nichols is looking for a Fragrance Client Advisor to join our Beauty Department in Knightsbridge a destination for modern luxury, iconic scent houses, and unforgettable client experiences.

This is your opportunity to work with some of the world’s most coveted fragrance brands, from timeless classics to niche perfumery, guiding clients through the art of scent discovery. We’re looking for true fragrance enthusiasts, people who can talk effortlessly about notes, accords, longevity, layering, and the stories behind the bottles.

About the role...
As our new Fragrance Client Advisor, you’ll be the ultimate scent guide, creating memorable, personalised experiences for every client who steps into our world of fragrance. You’ll inspire confidence, spark emotion, and help clients discover the perfect signature scent.

You will:

• Take clients on a fragrance journey, expertly guiding them through luxury fragrance collections, niche brands, and iconic perfumes

• Use your knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and scent layering to create personalised recommendations and unforgettable experiences

• Bring the world of perfumery to life by sharing the stories, inspiration, and craftsmanship behind each fragrance house

• Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted fragrance expert

• Stay ahead of fragrance trends, new launches, and cult perfume brands

• Create a welcoming, luxurious, and sensory-led environment where every interaction feels special

• Maintain immaculate presentation standards across fragrance displays and luxury products

• Demonstrate flexibility — our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends
