Cafe Manager - Full Time - London

Location: EC2N 3AH
Rate of Pay: £38,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all areas of the staff dining and for ensuring that the product on offer is of a high standard in terms of quality, innovation, and value.
- To be the first point of customer reference within the restaurant
- Customer service focused working alongside the front of house teams with a focus on responding promptly to customer and client feedback and make amendments to the operation where required.
- Set clear expectations to all staff regarding merchandising and service standards to ensure that all services provided are of the highest standards.
- Responsible for Vacherin standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
