Do you have experience in care and enjoy making sure the details are right? We’re looking for a Support Customer Care Manager to help maintain the quality and safety of the care we provide to people in their own homes.

This is a care based office role with a strong focus on auditing customer records, keeping care documentation up to date and following quality actions through to completion. You’ll also speak with customers and families and carry out reviews and quality visits.

What you’ll do:

• Review and update assessments, care plans, risk assessments and consent records.

• Audit customer records, including medication records and daily care notes, identifying gaps and arranging corrections.

• Keep track of review dates and outstanding actions.

• Complete customer reviews and quality visits, gathering feedback and responding to changes in need.

• Work with care managers, coordinators and care assistants to make sure everyone has the information needed to deliver safe, person-centred care

You’ll need experience in care, strong organisational and written communication skills, and the confidence to raise concerns and follow actions through. Experience with care planning, digital care records or quality audits would be particularly useful.

A Level 2 social care qualification, or willingness to work towards one, is required. You’ll also need a full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle, as the role involves customer visits.
