Finance Business Partner - Insurance Broker - London (Hybrid) - £80,000 - £85,000 + bonus and benefits

A well-established organisation with a strong presence in the insurance and financial services sector is looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join one of its fast-growing divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-growth area and play a key role in driving the team forwards as the business continues to grow and expand.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver financial planning and analysis, including month-end reviews, forecasts, and budgeting
- Provide clear performance insights through KPI analysis and regular reporting
- Support delivery of growth objectives through financial partnering
- Collaborate with multiple teams to improve data quality and reporting automation
- Provide financial support for business or product integrations
- Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience in industry
- Experience in insurance or professional services sectors.
- Strong financial modelling and excel skills
- Stakeholder management and business partnering experience.
- Proactive, self-starter with a real desire to challenge and make an impact.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
