FWT Volunteers

Foundation Wellbeing Trust
Brentford, Greater London

Your time and energy can transform lives in Hounslow and Ealing.

As a volunteer, you’ll help deliver support and inspiration to people of all ages—making a visible difference through every session, workshop, and event. The positive change you create will ripple through families and neighbourhoods, helping to build healthier, happier communities for all. We invite you to join the team at Foundation Wellbeing Trust to help build healthier, more connected communities.

Please note: This is an unpaid volunteering position, ideal for anyone wishing to give back, make a difference, and gain valuable experience.

About us

We focus on promoting healthier lifestyles for children and adults through community-driven initiatives. Based in Brentford, we provide monthly group sessions and workshops to raise awareness and foster long-term, positive wellbeing outcomes.

Please note: Reasonable expenses, such as travel costs and snacks during volunteering, will be reimbursed where applicable.

The role

We are looking for dedicated volunteers to join us in a flexible, hybrid capacity. You could help us support community outreach, prepare events, and assist in facilitating workshops aimed at promoting healthier living. This role includes on-site support in Hounslow/Brentford & Ealing, as well as opportunities for remote work.

All volunteers will be offered a clear, non-binding volunteer agreement to clarify expectations and encourage an open, supportive atmosphere. We also provide training and guidance to ensure a safe and positive volunteering experience for everyone involved.

Skills we are seeking

  • Good communication skills to engage with a diverse range of community members
  • Good organisational skills to assist with group sessions and workshops
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a willingness to champion our core values
  • A genuine passion for improving the wellbeing of others
  • Desirable: Previous experience in community projects or health/wellbeing education

Are you ready to help us create lasting change? Take the next step—send us a direct message or email [email protected] to express your interest and begin your volunteering journey with Foundation Wellbeing Trust today.
