Registered Manager
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Monitor and maintain compliance with CQC regulations and standards
Oversee the recruitment and training of care staff
Create and implement care plans for clients, ensuring their individual needs and preferences are met
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain the highest standards of care
Handle any complaints or concerns raised by clients or their families
Continuously evaluate and improve care services to meet changing needs and regulations
Participate in on-call duties as requiredRequirements: Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and standards
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
Good knowledge of budget management and resource allocation
Compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients
